摘要 在高等职业教育进入改革创新发展的“双高”引领阶段和餐饮产业进入转型升级关键期,构建餐饮产业学院是深化产教融合、校企合作的必然选择。餐饮产业学院承载着餐饮人才培训、行业文化弘扬与传承、高端技术研发以及引导、支持产业发展规范化标准化的多重功能。在“双高”建设背景下,结合餐饮专业校企合作和国内产业学院建设的经验,对餐饮产业学院构建与发展进行了深入的思考。 During the higher vocational education into the reform and innovative development of the"double-high"stage and the ca tering industry into the critical period of transformation and upgrading,the establishment of the catering industry college is an inevi table choice for deepening the integration of production and education,and school-enterprise cooperation.The college of catering in dustry carries the multiple functions of catering talents training,promotion and inheritance of industry culture,research and develop ment of high-end technologies,and guiding and supporting the standardized development of the industry.Under the background of“double-high”construction,this paper gives a deep consideration to the construction and development of catering industry college,based on the experience of school-enterprise cooperation in catering specialty and the construction of domestic industrial colleges.
