摘要
依据故障树分析法和专家系统的优点,提出了基于故障树分析法的水质微型站实时智能故障诊断专家系统。通过下行法得出故障树的最小割集后,求解顶事件和底事件的发生概率,实现对系统的定量和定性分析,经推理机规则库解释系统失效原因,找到最优方法降低风险。实践结果表明,该方法较好地解决了故障源的快速定位和预测,保证系统安全可靠运行,减少和避免了事故的发生,降低了设备维护成本。
Combining the advantages of fault tree analysis and expert system,a real-time intelligent fault diagnosis expert system for water quality micro-station based on fault tree analysis is proposed.After the minimum cut set of the fault tree is obtained by the descending method,the occurrence probability of the top event and the bottom event is solved,and the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the system is realized.The reason for the failure of the system is explained through the rule base of the inference engine,and the optimal way is reduced risk.The application shows that this method solves the rapid location and prediction of the fault source,guarantees the safe and reliable operation of the system,reduces and avoids accidents,and reduces the equipment maintenance cost.
