钢-聚乙烯醇混杂纤维混凝土单轴受力应力-应变曲线研究 被引量:24

摘要 既有研究表明,在混凝土基体中同时加入钢(S)纤维和聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维,形成S-PVA混杂纤维混凝土,可以显著提升混凝土的综合性能。在此基础上,依据钢纤维、PVA纤维长度和掺量的不同,设计了17组试验组,完成了单轴受力全过程试验。根据试验结果,定量分析了钢纤维、PVA纤维对于改善混凝土弹性模量、材料韧性、抗拉抗压强度及其峰值应变的影响;提出了实用的S-PVA混杂纤维混凝土单轴受拉和受压应力-应变曲线数学表达式。提出的计算公式与试验结果吻合较好,可以为混杂纤维混凝土结构的设计和非线性分析提供理论基础。 Previous studies have shown that adding steel(S)fiber and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber to concrete matrix at the same time to form S-PVA hybrid fiber concrete can significantly improve the comprehensive properties of concrete.The present study investigated the axial compressive and tensile behavior of concrete mixtures with hybrid steel-polyvinyl alcohol fibers.17 groups of specimens with different fiber contents and aspect ratios were fabricated.Based on the test results,quantitative analyses on elastic modulus,toughness index,strains at peak stress,compression strength,and tensile strength were conducted.Finally,a mathematical model describing the stress-strain curve of steel-polyvinyl alcohol hybrid fiber reinforced concrete was proposed,which agreed well with the experimental curves and could be used for nonlinear analyses of relevant structures or components.
