摘要
设计一种可以恒压喷射水幕的水马装置,用于危险化学品道路运输泄漏事故应急处置。建立了甲醇道路运输泄漏物理模型,利用计算流体力学(CFD)模型研究了扇形水幕和锥形水幕条件下的气云扩散特性,分析了不同供水压力、喷嘴安装角度等参数对水幕稀释性能的影响。研究表明:水幕可以有效阻隔气云扩散;在相同供水压力下,扇形水幕的阻隔稀释效果优于锥形水幕;稀释效率随供水压力的增大而增大,供水压力设定在0.3 MPa时比较合理;随着喷嘴安装角度的增大,水幕阻隔稀释效果下降。
A water-safety barrier that can spray water curtain is designed for emergency disposal of road transport leakage of hazardous chemicals.The physical model of methanol road transport leakage is established,and the diffusion characteristics of air clouds under flat fan water curtain and cone water curtain is studied by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The effect of different water supply pressure and nozzle mounting angle on water curtain dilution performance is investigated.The results show that water curtains can effectively block gas cloud diffusion and the flat fan curtain works better than the cone one under the same water supply pressure.Dilution efficiency increases with the increase of water supply pressure and it’s reasonable when the water supply pressure is set at 0.3 MPa.With the increase of nozzle mounting angle,the dilution effect of water curtain decreases.
