杀虫环和啶虫脒在普通白菜中的残留及消解动态 被引量:4

摘要 采用田间试验和室内分析的方法,评估了在露地和设施两种栽培模式下杀虫环和啶虫脒在普通白菜中的残留特性。结果表明:杀虫环和啶虫脒添加回收率分别为81%—95%和77%—86%,定量限分别为0.1 mg/kg和0.01 mg/kg。在露地和设施栽培模式下,杀虫环和啶虫脒在普通白菜中的消解曲线均符合一级动力学方程,消解半衰期分别为3.9 d、3.4 d和4.0 d、5.1 d;末次施药后5 d,残留高值分别为0.670 mg/kg和0.372 mg/kg,推荐安全采收间隔期为5 d。 The residue characteristics of thiocyclam and acetamiprid in pakchoi were evaluated by field experiment and laboratory analysis under two cultivation modes of open field and protected cultivation.The results showed that the recoveries of thiocyclam and acetamiprid were 81%—95%,77%—86%respectively,and the limits of quantification(LOQs)were 0.1 mg/kg,0.01 mg/kg respectively.Under the open field and protected cultivation modes,the dissipation curves of thiocyclam and acetamiprid in pakchoi were in accordance with the first-order kinetic equation,and the dissipation half-lives were 3.9 d,3.4 d and 4.0 d,5.1 d.Five days after the last application,the residual high values of thiocyclam and acetamiprid were 0.670 mg/kg and 0.372 mg/kg respectively,and the recommended safe recovery interval was 5 days.
