摘要
试验旨在探究不同添加比例的稻壳在发酵型全混合日粮(FTMR)中的应用效果,并探讨其饲用价值。FTMR以王草为主要粗饲料,分别添加0%(对照组)、5%(5%稻壳组)和10%(10%稻壳组)稻壳制备3个处理组FTMR,密闭,避光发酵60 d,测定FTMR产品的营养成分和发酵品质。饲养试验选用15只平均体重约10 kg、体况良好的海南黑山羊平均分为3组,分别饲喂上述3种FTMR,自由采食,为期60 d,测定黑山羊的生长性能及瘤胃发酵参数。结果表明:5%稻壳组中乳酸含量最高,表现出良好的发酵品质;5%稻壳组黑山羊的平均日采食量最高,对照组高于10%稻壳组(P<0.05);3个处理组的瘤胃液发酵参数和血液指标均无显著差异。综上,添加5%稻壳不仅改善了FTMR的产品品质,还提升了黑山羊日粮的适口性,具有较好的增重效果。
The aim of the experiment was to explore the application effects of adding different ratios rice husks to fermented total mixed ratio(FTMR)and their feeding value.For preparing the FTMR(king grass as main roughage),0%(control treatment),5%(5%rice husk treatment)and 10%(10%rice husk treatment)rice husks were added into the FTMR respectively,sealed and fermented in dark for 60 days.After unsealing,the nutrient content and fermentation quality of FTMR were tested.In the feeding experiments,total 15 Hainan black goats with good body condition(average weight about 10 kg)were divided into 3 groups(n=5)and ingested above three FTMRs randomly for 60 days,then their feed intake and average daily gain were tested.The experiment results indicated that lactic acid of FTMR in 5%rice husk treatment was the highest,which showed good fermentation quality;the average daily feed intake of black goats in the 5%rice husk treatment was the highest,and conrol treatment was higher than that in 10%rice husk treatment(P<0.05);however,there were no significant differences in rumen fluid fermentation parameters and blood indexes among the three treatments.In summary,adding 5%rice husks into FTMR not only improves the products quality,but also improves the palatability of FTMR,at the same time,it has better weight gain effect for black goats.
