摘要
为满足工作条件苛刻、安全性要求很高的航空耐高温钛合金产品部件研发。为改变传统的思维方式和固有的研究流程,本文提出现代3D打印技术在航空钛合金部件中的应用。基于3D打印参数工艺的基础上,设计实物的3D数字模型,实现打印件理化以及无损检测。实验证明,3D打印技术打印质量远高于传统方法。
To meet the demanding working conditions and high safety requirements of aerospace high temperature resistant titanium alloy product components.In order to change the traditional way of thinking and inherent research flow,this paper proposes the application of modern 3D printing technology in aerotitanium alloy parts.On the basis of 3D printing parameter process,the 3D digital model is designed to realize physical and chemical and nondestructive testing of printed parts.Experiments show that the quality of 3D printing is much higher than that of traditional methods.
