摘要
优势学科培育与建设对于“双一流”建设具有基础性作用和重要推动意义,是地方高水平大学提高核心竞争力、冲击“双一流”的根本途径和必然选择。对优势学科进行内涵分析及概念界定,并分析地方高水平大学优势学科发展现状及特点,进而提出地方高水平大学优势学科发展的对策建议:强化政策引领,提高学科建设成效;科学利用排名,促进学科全面发展;发挥地方优势,增强学科服务能力;遵循成长规律,激发学科内生动力。
The cultivation and construction of dominant disciplines has a fundamental role and important driving significance for the construction of"double first-class".It is the fundamental way and inevitable choice for local high-level universities to improve their core competitiveness and impact"double first-class".This paper analyzes the connotation and concept of the dominant disciplines,analyzes the development status and characteristics of the local high-level university's dominant disciplines,and proposes countermeasures for the development of local high-level universities'dominant disciplines:Strengthen policy guidance and improve the effectiveness of discipline construction;use rankings scientifically to promote the overall development of disciplines;make full use of local advantages and enhance the capacity of discipline services;follow the law of growth and stimulate endogenous motivation of disciplines.
