摘要
目的:开发构建东莞市新生儿疾病筛查信息管理系统,实现东莞市新生儿疾病筛查全流程信息化管理.方法:利用全市妇幼信息网络为基础,结合互联网,构建采血单位信息管理、物流管理、新生儿疾病筛查中心信息管理、家长查询、行政主管部门管理五大管理模块,各模块间实现数据的实时无缝对接,共同构成完整的东莞市新生儿疾病筛查信息管理系统.结果:全市实现采血单位、新生儿疾病筛查中心、卫生行政主管部门间数据的实时互联互通;实现家长宣教、标本采集、标本送检、标本验收、筛查检测、初筛阳性召回确诊、治疗随访、数据统计等全流程的信息化闭环管理;为新生儿家长提供宣教、结果主动推送服务和便捷的自助查询功能.结论:应用该系统能使全市新生儿疾病筛查工作更加规范化、科学化、系统化,提高工作效率和工作质量,提高全市新生儿疾病筛查工作的整体管理水平.
Objective:To develop and construct the information management system of newborn screening in Dongguan,and to realize the whole process information management of newborn screening in Dongguan.Method:Using the city maternal and child information network as the foundation,combined with the Internet,construct five management modules as follows,blood collection unit information management,logistics management,newborn screening center information management,parents query,the competent administrative department management,among various modules realize the data real-time seamless docking,constituted a complete newborn screening information management system in Dongguan.Result:Real-time data interconnection among blood collection units,newborn screening center and health administrative departments were realized.Realizing information closed-loop management of the whole process of parent publicity education,specimen collection,specimen submission,specimen acceptance,screening and testing,positive recall and confirmation of initial screening,clinical treatment,follow-up,and data statistics.Providing newborn parents with publicity education,results of the initiative push service and convenient self-service query function.Conclusion:The application of this system can make the newborn screening in the city more standardized,scientific,systematic,improve the work efficiency and quality,improve the overall management level of newborn screening in the city.
