摘要
为了提高民机货运装载系统维修作业效率,减少停机时间,某新型货运系统在维修性设计时,考虑了维修性定性属性重要度排序对系统修复时间的影响。通过对表示维修过程的三个定性属性按重要度排序的设计方案构建评价体系,利用层次分析法和维修性分配模型,结合先验故障概率,以平均修复时间最短为目标,比较方案评价结果,得出最优方案。并通过系统在并行故障模式下的评价结果,证明了模型的合理性。结果表明,维修性定性属性中考虑可操作性重要度最高时的平均修复时间最短。在装备维修性设计初期,该评价模型能够为专家对装备维修性设计决策提供有效的指导。
To improve the maintenance efficiency of civil aircraft cargo handling system and reduce downtime,a new civil aircraft cargo handling system considering the influence of the importance ranking of maintenance qualitative attributes on repair time when performing maintainability design.By ranking in the importance of three qualitative attributes that represent the maintenance process,an evaluation system was constructed.The analytic hierarchy process and the maintainability allocation model were used,prior probability of failure with the target in the shortest average repair time was combined,the program evaluation results were compared,and finally the optimal solution was achieved.At last,the evaluation results of the system were rational in the parallel failure mode.It was shown that when considering the operability of the highest importance of maintainability qualitative attributes,the average repair time was the shortest.In the early stage of equipment maintenance design,the evaluation model can provide effective guidance on equipment maintenance design.
