摘要
为了推动能源产业的转型升级,研究区域式综合能源的实现路径,利用熵值法,基于区域式综合能源重点实施主体的视角,构建1套评价指标体系对浙江省15个产业集聚区进行实证分析研究。根据实际的研究结果,将15个产业集聚区划分为4个关注批次,并提出针对区域式综合能源实施主体的甄选标准、开展策略以及服务内容,对推动相关项目的落地、促进区域式综合能源的发展,最终达到节能减排、提质增效、多方共赢的商业新局面,具有较好的借鉴作用。
To promote the transformation and upgrading of the energy industry,along with to study the realization paths for regional integrated energy,entropy method was utilized to build an evaluation system for empirical analysis of industrial clusters in Zhejiang province,which was in view of the major service objects of regional integrated energy.Thus,the industrial clusters were divided into 4 gradations with different attentions.Furthermore,screening criteria,development strategy and service contents were proposed which might be helpful for the project promotion leading to the development of regional integrated energy.Consequently,energy saving and emission reduction,improvement of quality and efficiency,multi-win-win situation would be easily achieved.
