摘要
目的了解心内科住院患者心理问题分析及护理干预体会。方法将我院2016年11月至2018年12月的70例心内科住院患者,随机分组,单纯常规护理干预组给予一般护理,心理护理干预联合常规护理干预组开展心理护理。比较两组满意度;心内科治疗依从性、自我心理调节能力;护理前后心理状态量表指标;心理障碍发生率。结果心理护理干预联合常规护理干预组的满意度是35例(100.00%),单纯常规护理干预组则是28例(80.00%),P<0.05。护理前两组心理状态量表指标接近,P>0.05;护理后心理护理干预联合常规护理干预组心理状态量表指标优于单纯常规护理干预组,P<0.05。心理护理干预联合常规护理干预组心内科治疗依从性、自我心理调节能力优于单纯常规护理干预组,P<0.05,心理护理干预联合常规护理干预组心理障碍发生率更少,P<0.05。心理护理干预联合常规护理干预组出现1例,单纯常规护理干预组出现了8例。结论心内科住院患者实施心理护理效果确切。
Objective To understand the psychological problems of inpatients in cardiology department and the nursing intervention experience.Methods 70 patients in our hospital from 2016.11 to 2018.12 were randomly divided into two groups.The simple routine nursing intervention group was given general nursing,and the psychological nursing intervention group was combined with routine nursing intervention group to carry out psychological nursing.Compare two groups of satisfaction;Cardiology treatment compliance,self-psychological adjustment ability;before and after nursing psychological state scale indicators;incidence of mental disorders.Result The satisfaction of psychological nursing intervention combined with routine nursing intervention group was 35 cases(100.00%),while that of simple routine nursing intervention group was 28 cases(80.00%),P<0.05.The indexes of mental state scale in the two groups before nursing were close,P>0.05;the indexes of mental state scale in the group of psychological nursing intervention combined with routine nursing intervention after nursing were better than those in the group of simple routine nursing intervention,P<0.05.Psychological nursing intervention combined with routine nursing intervention group was superior to the simple routine nursing intervention group in treatment compliance and self-psychological adjustment ability,P<0.05,and the incidence of psychological disorders was less in the psychological nursing intervention combined with routine nursing intervention group,P<0.05.There were 1 case in the group of psychological nursing intervention combined with routine nursing intervention,and 8 cases in the group of simple routine nursing intervention.Conclusion Psychological nursing for inpatients in cardiology department is effective.
