摘要
北方大型企业,特别是煤炭等远离市区的矿山类企业,大都自己建设锅炉房。本文以邢东矿为例,针对该矿原采暖系统存在的问题,指出蒸汽锅炉如何合理设置热交换站,分析了在热交换系统设计中应考虑的因素,提出了改造方案。实践表明,改造方案效果良好,节省了投资,管道内水循环阻力小,循环水泵耗电少,运行费用低,管网维修量少管理方便。
Large northern enterprises,especially coal and other mining-type enterprises that are far from the city,mostly build their own boiler rooms.Xingdong Mine was taken as an example,for the mine's original heating system problems,showing how the steam boiler to set up a reasonable heat exchange station,the aspects that should be considered in the design of the heat exchange system were analyzed,with a transformation plan.Practice showed that the renovation program with good effect and saved investment,the water circulation resistance in the pipeline was small,the circulating water pump consumed less electricity,with low operating costs,the amount of maintenance of the pipeline network was less convenient management.
