摘要
定性研究发现,“母乳最优”的哺育伦理通过规定哺育的理想时间和纯度,客观上强化了物质性母职和精神性母职的高度统一,建立起一套以整体性母职为运作逻辑的现代母职竞技体制,从而加剧了母乳喂养作为一种道德期许和行为规范的母职意识形态对女性的压迫,并通过母职的竞技加剧了女性内部的不平等。定性资料研究发现,女性对于这一母职压迫并非完全被动和无为,而是通过物质性母职与精神性母职的分离与替代等各种方式实践着母亲角色。解除母乳喂养作为母职的一种表现形式对所有女性的压迫,根本上应该挑战“母乳最优”的哺育伦理的霸权地位,解构整体性母职的意识形态对女性权力和能动性的桎梏。实现母乳喂养从母亲职责向母性能量的跨越,是从“负责”到“赋权”的升华,让母乳喂养回归到一种基于女性自主选择的充满愉悦的哺育实践。
This paper finds that the nursing ethics of“Breastfeeding is the best”strengthens the unity of physical and spiritual motherhood by specifying the ideal time and purity of nursing,establishes a set of modern motherhood competitive system with total motherhood as the operation logic,thus intensifies the motherhood conscious of breastfeeding as a moral expectation.“Breastfeeding is the best”nursing ethics oppresses women and intensifies the inequality among women through maternal competition.Meanwhile,qualitative data shows that women are not completely passive and inactive under this oppression,they can fulfill the mother’s role through the separation and replacement of physical and spiritual maternal role.To eliminate the oppression of this nursing ethics on women,we should fundamentally challenge its hegemony,and deconstruct the shackles of holistic motherhood ideology on women’s power and initiative.Take the leap from defining breastfeeding as mother’s responsibility to maternal energy,from“responsibility”to“empowerment”,let breastfeeding return to a feeding practice based on women’s independent choice and pleasure.
