摘要
研究了低温胁迫下不同浓度水杨酸对茄子种子萌发和幼苗生理的影响。结果表明:低浓度外源水杨酸能提高种子的发芽率,其浸种浓度以0.6 mmol/L为最适,水杨酸的浓度高于0.8 mmol/L会抑制种子萌发。低温环境下,随着水杨酸浓度升高,茄子幼苗叶片的可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量均先增后减,当水杨酸浓度为4 mmol/L时,幼苗叶片可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量最高,丙二醛含量最低,叶片相对电导率最低。表明外源水杨酸能有效提高茄子幼苗的抗寒能力,能促进茄子幼苗在低温条件下的生长和代谢,以4 mmol/L水杨酸缓解低温胁迫效果最好。
The effects of salicylic acid at different concentrations on the seed germination and seedling physiology of eggplant under low temperature stress were studied in this paper.The results are as follows:Low concentration of exogenous SA can increase the germination rate of seeds,and the optimum concentration of seed soaking is 0.6 mmol/L.Salicylic acid concentration above 0.8 mmol/L can inhibit seed germination.Under low temperature,with the increase of SA concentration,the contents of soluble sugar and proline in eggplant seedling leaves increase at first and then decrease.When SA concentration is 4 mmol/L,the contents of soluble sugar and proline are the highest and the content of MDA is the lowest,and the relative conductivity of leaves is the lowest.It indicates that salicylic acid can effectively improve the cold resistance of eggplant seedlings and promote the growth and metabolism of eggplant seedlings under low temperature conditions.4 mmol/L SA has the best effect on alleviating low temperature stress.
