摘要
目的 调查术后出院时伴尿失禁的老年患者出院准备度情况,并分析其影响因素.方法 2019年1-6月,便利抽样法选取某市三所三级甲等医院术后出院时有尿失禁的老年患者为研究对象.采用一般资料问卷、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表对其进行调查.结果 251例术后出院时伴尿失禁的老年患者的出院准备度总分为(150.83±26.37)分,出院指导质量总分为(125.65±22.60)分.不同年龄、住院天数、尿失禁分型及程度、出院指导质量以及是否带尿管出院、独居的术后出院时伴尿失禁的老年患者,其出院准备度评分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).多元回归分析显示,年龄、带尿管出院、是否独居、尿失禁程度、出院指导质量是术后出院时伴尿失禁的老年患者出院准备度的主要影响因素(均P<0.01).结论 术后出院时伴尿失禁的老年患者出院准备度处于中等偏上水平.护理人员应根据相关影响因素,通过加强患者整体评估、采取个性化措施,以提升患者出院准备度水平.
Objective To investigate the discharge readiness of elderly postoperative patients with urinary incontinence and its influencing factors.Methods From January to June 2019,elderly patients with urinary incontinence symptoms after discharge from three tertiary hospitals were selected by the convenience sampling method.The general questionnaire,Discharge Readiness Scale,Discharge Guidance Quality Scale were used to investigate.Results The average score of 251 patients was 150.83±26.37.The average score of the quality of discharge guidance was(125.65±22.60).There were statistically significant differences in discharge readiness scores among the elderly patients with different age,length of stay in the hospital,type and degree of urinary incontinence,quality of discharge guidance,discharge with or without the catheter,and discharge with symptoms of urinary incontinence(P<0.01).Multiple regression analysis showed that age,discharge with urinary catheter,living alone,the degree of urinary incontinence and the quality of discharge guidance were the main influencing factors of discharge readiness of elderly patients with urinary incontinence(all P<0.01).Conclusions Elderly patients with urinary incontinence were at a moderate level of discharge readiness.According to the relevant factors,nurses should strengthen the overall evaluation of patients and take personalized measures to improve the level of discharge readiness.
