摘要
马赛克后备盘凭借其设计灵活、易扩展、维护维修方便等诸多优点,在核电厂主控制室中应用得愈发广泛.传统马赛克后备盘由于尺寸规模较大,难以适用于对空间尺寸有严格要求的应用场景,因此,必须对马赛克后备盘进行小型化设计.本文从压缩马赛克后备盘厚度的角度出发,从盘台设备、盘台门结构与外形两个方面对马赛克后备盘小型化设计中的关键要素进行了分析,并提出了小型化设计建议,旨在为马赛克后备盘小型化设计提供参考.
Benefited from its characteristics of flexible design,easy expansion,and convenient maintenance,Mosaic backup panel is more and more widely used in the main control room of nuclear power plants.The traditional mosaic backup panel,which is often in large size,is difficult to apply to the scenarios that have strict requirements on size.Therefore,it is necessary to miniaturize the design of mosaic backup panel.From the perspective of compressing the thickness of mosaic backup panel,this paper analyzes the key elements in the miniaturization design of mosaic backup panel from two aspects:equipment,door structure and appearance.Then,some miniaturization design suggestions are proposed,to provide a reference for the miniaturization design of mosaic backup panel.
