摘要
高校科研诚信政策中核心概念的内涵与使用能够在一定程度上影响高校教师与学生对科研诚信与不端行为问题的理解与认识,从而影响最后的政策效果.本研究基于36所A类"双一流"高校的160项与科研诚信相关的政策文本,从正面阐述科研诚信与负面阐述不端行为两个角度对高校科研诚信政策中核心概念的内涵与使用情况进行了梳理与分析.研究显示,我国高校政策采用多个概念来表述与科研诚信和不端行为相似的含义,但其中一些概念在文本中缺乏明确的定义,且存在模糊概念叠加使用的问题.最后,本文提出了一些政策建议,为高校和上级管理部门的政策制定者提供参考.
The definition and usage of the key concepts could put influence to some extent on the understanding of teachers and students in universities about scientific integrity and misconduct.Based on the 160 policies of 36 universities which are included in the"Double First-Class"initiative,this paper analyzed the definition and usage of key concepts in aspects of both scientific integrity and misconduct.It showed that policies adopted several similar key concepts in each aspect,but some of which lack of clear definitions.And some ambiguous concepts sometimes were used together.Finally,this paper intended to bring up some suggestions,which might be helpful to the policy makers of both universities and departments.
