摘要
科学合理的民航机场服务质量评价,对民航机场运营管理具有重要意义。结合机场客运服务质量的特点,借鉴国内常用的机场服务质量测评三种指标体系,对指标进行筛选整合,构建了机场服务质量指标体系,运用勾股模糊集与灰色系统理论综合评价方法构建了机场服务质量评价模型,并以新郑机场运行服务为例进行了实证分析,验证了评价方法的有效性。
Scientific and reasonable evaluation of civil aviation airport service quality is of great significance to the operation and management of civil aviation airports.Combining the characteristics of airport passenger transport service quality,drawing on three commonly used domestic airport service quality evaluation index systems,screening and integrating the indicators,an airport service quality index system was constructed,and a comprehensive evaluation method using Pythagorean fuzzy sets and gray system theory was used to construct the airport service quality evaluation model,and the empirical analysis using the service of Xinzheng Airport as an example was conducted,which verified the effectiveness of the evaluation method.
