摘要
针对某电厂330 MW机组锅炉掺烧印尼煤进行了试验分析,得到不同掺烧比例下煤种与设备匹配情况,并对机组的安全性和经济性进行了评价。结果表明,随着掺烧比例的增加,锅炉效率略有下降,原烟气SO2质量浓度明显下降,供电成本亦明显降低;掺烧印尼煤对蒸汽温度及结焦的影响均较小,不影响锅炉的安全稳定运行。
An analysis on blending burning Indonesian coal in 330 MW boiler of a power plant is carried out,the matching conditions of coal type and equipment under different blending ratios are obtained,and the safety and economy of the unit are evaluated.The results show that the boiler efficiency decreases slightly with the increase of blending proportion.The SO2 concentration in the original flue gas decreases obviously,and dose the power supply cost.Blending Indonesian coal has little influence on the steam temperature and will not affect the stable operation of the boiler.
