摘要
玉米粗缩病是由病毒引起的一种世界性的玉米病害,对中国玉米产区尤其是黄淮海产区造成了不同程度的产量损失。研究表明,选育抗病品种是减轻粗缩病危害的最经济有效的方式。本综述对玉米粗缩病病原、症状、鉴定方法、抗病性评价、抗病QTL定位、抗病候选基因鉴定、致病机理、抗病种质资源筛选和抗病育种等方面的研究进展进行了阐述,并展望了玉米抗粗缩病分子育种的研究方向。
Maize rough dwarf disease(MRDD)is a global viral disease that leads to different levels of yield losses in the summer maize-growing areas in China,especially in the Yellow-Huai-Hai River region.Breeding resistant maize hybrids is the most economical and effective way to control MRDD.In this review we summarize recent advances in MRDD research including pathogen,symptom,identification methods,evaluation of MRDD resistance,mapping of QTL for MRDD resistance,identification of candidate genes,pathogenesis,screening of resistant germplasm,breeding of resistant cultivars,and suggest the future perspectives on molecular breeding ofMRDD-resistant maize cultivars.
