摘要
目的探讨复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合蒙脱石散对肺炎抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)患儿症状改善及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年9月广州开发区医院儿科收治的肺炎AAD患儿68例作为研究对象,采用双盲随机法分为观察组(34例)与对照组(34例)。对照组患儿给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组患儿采用复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果、临床症状改善情况及免疫功能改善情况。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时观察组患儿退热、止泻、纠正脱水及腹痛消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IgA、IgM、IgG水平显著升高(P<0.05),观察组患儿各指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肺炎AAD患儿开展复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合蒙脱石散给药治疗,在提升临床疗效、促进临床症状改善、提升患儿免疫功能方面的效果突出。
Objective To explore effects of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets and Montmorillonite Powder on improvement of symptoms and immune function in infants with pneumonia antibiotic-associated diarrhea(AAD).Methods Sixty-eight infants with pneumonia antibiotic-associated diarrhea treated in Guangzhou Development District Hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were included in the study.Double-blind randomization was used to form observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The infants in the control group were treated with Montmorillonite Powder.The infants in the observation group were treated with Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets and Montmorillonite Powder.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement and immune function improvement in the 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the time of fever reduction,stopping diarrhea,correction of dehydration and disappearance of abdominal pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA,IgM and IgG in the 2 groups were increased significantly(P<0.05).All the indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets combined with Montmorillonite Powder in pneumonia AAD infants has outstanding effects in improving clinical efficacy,promoting improvement of clinical symptoms,and improving children’s immune function.
