摘要
为适应企业外部环境的变化,部分民营企业通过股权改革引入国有股权,从而实现企业股权结构的多元化,这种变化到底给企业绩效带来了什么样的影响,一直是学术界关注的问题,本文借助社会同一性和协同系统理论作为研究假设的基础,引入TMT的教育异质性和TMT的政治关联两个变量探讨了TMT政治特征和TMT教育特征对国有持股比例这一战略行为产生冲突效果的作用过程,进而找到影响国有股权与企业绩效的关系的因素。
In order to adapt to the changes in the external environment of enterprises,some private enterprises introduce state-owned shares through the equity reform,so as to realize the diversification of enterprise ownership structure. What impact does this change have on corporate performance? In this study,In this paper,the theory of social identity and cooperative system is used as the basis of research hypothesis. Two variables,education heterogeneity of TMT and political correlation of TMT,were introduced to explore the conflict effect of TMT political characteristics and TMT education characteristics on the strategic behavior of state-owned shareholding ratio. Then the factors were found that affect the relationship between state-owned equity and enterprise performance.
