摘要
目的探讨预见性护理方案对行造血干细胞移植患者依从性及口腔黏膜炎发生的影响。方法 62例造血干细胞移植患者随机分为两组各31例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理方案,比较两组干预后的依从性及口腔黏膜炎发生率。结果干预后,观察组的依从性显著高于对照组,口腔黏膜炎发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论预见性护理方案能够提高造血干细胞移植患者的依从性,预防口腔黏膜炎的发生。
Objective To explore the effects of predictive nursing regimen on compliance and incidence of oral mucositis in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods 62 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received regular nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing regimen.The compliance and incidence of oral mucositis after intervention were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the incidence of oral mucositis was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing regimen can improve the compliance of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and prevent the incidence of oral mucositis.
