海南省大气污染源排放清单及环境影响研究 被引量:10

Studies on air pollutant emission inventory and environmental impact in Hainan Province

摘要 基于海南省2016年工业环境统计数据,通过自下而上的方法建立海南省2016年工业大气污染源排放清单,并利用中国多尺度排放清单模型(MEIC)排放清单进行背景源补充,使用CALPUFF模型进行大气污染模拟。污染物排放清单结果显示,2016年海南省SO2、NOx、CO、PM2.5、PM(10)、黑碳(BC)、有机碳(OC)、挥发性有机物(VOCs)和NH3的排放量分别为1.50×104、5.10×104、4.56×105、2.34×104、2.10×104、3.50×103、1.20×104、4.96×104、6.50×104 t,其中SO2主要排放源为化石燃料固定燃烧源(分担率66.67%),NOx主要排放源为交通源(分担率51.18%),CO、PM10、PM2.5主要排放源为生活源(分担率分别59.01%、81.28%和87.62%),VOCs主要排放源为工业溶剂使用源(分担率75.91%),NH3主要排放源为农业源(分担率93.54%)。排放量较大的区域集中在儋州市、澄迈县一带。SO2、NOx年均最大浓度均出现在海口市,PM10、PM2.5年均最大浓度均出现在定安县。交通源对全省污染物浓度贡献突出,工业源虽然对颗粒物浓度贡献率较低,但仍需加强PM2.5治理。 Based on the industrial environmental statistics of Hainan Province in 2016,combined with the MEIC background emission inventory,an air pollutant emission inventory of Hainan Province in 2016 was established through a bottom\|up approach.CALPUFF model was used to simulate the dispersion of air pollutants.The results of emission inventory showed that the total emission of SO 2,NO x,CO,PM 2.5,PM 10,BC,OC,VOCs and NH 3 in Hainan Province in 2016 were 1.50×104,5.10×104,4.56×105,2.34×104,2.10×104,3.50×103,1.20×104,4.96×104 and 6.50×104 t,respectively.Stationary combustion sector(sharing rate of 66.67%)was the largest emission source for SO 2,while the transportation sector(sharing rate of 51.18%)was the main emission source for NO x.The resident sector was the main emission source for CO,PM 10 and PM 2.5(sharing rate of 59.01%,81.28%and 87.62%,respectiveiy),while solvent using sector(sharing rate of 75.91%)was the largest emission source for VOCs.The agriculture sector(sharing rate of 93.54%)was the main emission for NH 3.The major areas with emission were concentrated in Danzhou City and Chengmai County.Haikou City had the largest annual concentration for SO 2 and NO x,and Ding’an County had the largest annual concentration for PM 10 and PM 2.5.Transportation sector had made a significant contribution to the concentration of pollutants.Although industrial sector had a low contribution rate to the concentration of particulate matter,PM 2.5 governance still needed to be strengthened.
