摘要 双鼠笼三相异步电动机转子槽形的设计必须兼顾起动和运行性能。基于槽形参数对现有双鼠笼转子上下槽尺寸进行了优化设计。仿真与测试结果均表明:新双鼠笼转子槽形在保证电动机高起动转矩的同时提高了电动机运行时的功率因素并降低了其起动时的电流,为高性能双鼠笼三相异步电动机的研发提供了参考依据。 During the slot-shape design of double-squirrel cage three-phase induction motor,the starting and operation performances of the motor should be considered together.The optimal design of upper-and bottom-slot dimensions of current double-squirrel cage rotor is carried out based on slot-shape parameters.The results of simulation and test indicate that the slotshape size of the new double-squirrel cage rotor could improve the power factor of the motor in operation and reduce the current of it in starting when ensure high starting torque of it.It provides reference basis for the research and development of double-squirrel cage three-phase induction motor with high performance.
