摘要
目的研究美丽芍药Paeonia mairei Levl.中的酚酸类成分。方法美丽芍药70%乙醇提取物采用D101、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为反式对羟基肉桂酸(1)、反式肉桂酸(2)、阿魏酸(3)、咖啡酸(4)、原儿茶酸(5)、香草醛(6)、儿茶素(7)、表儿茶素(8)、没食子酸(9)。结论化合物1~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the phenolic constituents from Paeonia mairei Levl..METHODS The 70%etha-nol extract from P.mairei was isolated and purified by D101,silica,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC,then the struc-tures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and identified as phenolic constituents.They were deduced to be E-p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid(1),trans-cinnamic acid(2),ferulic acid(3),caffeic acid(4),protocatechuic acid(5),vanillin(6),catechin(7),epicatechin(8),gallic acid(9).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
