摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术和胃底折叠术围手术期护理要点。方法本次研究采用分组对比法,从新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院2016年1月~2018年12月期间接受治疗的腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术和胃底折叠术中抽取80例,分析其临床护理效果,继而探讨腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术和胃底折叠术围手术期护理要点。结果80例平均住院时间为(5.21±1.25)d。护理满意度97.5%,术后不良反应率为1.3%,复发率为0.0%。结论针对接受腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补术和胃底折叠术治疗的食道裂孔疝患者,予以围手术期护理干预能够有效巩固手术治疗效果,提升手术安全性,改善患者负面情绪,满意度高,值得推广。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing points of laparoscopic esophageal hiatus hernia repair and gastric fundus folding.Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair and gastric fundus folding received treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected by grouping comparison Method In this study,and the clinical nursing effect was analyzed.Then,the perioperative nursing points of laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair and gastric fundus folding were discussed.Results The average length of hospitalization was 5.21+1.25 d.Nursing satisfaction was 97.5%,postoperative adverse reaction rate was 1.3%,recurrence rate was 0.0%.Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can effectively consolidate the effect of surgical treatment,improve the safety of surgery,improve the negative emotions of patients with esophageal hiatus hernia repair and gastric fundus folding,which is worthy of promotion.
