摘要
为实现畜禽粪便彻底无害化,本试验以大肠杆菌为研究对象,从45℃到70℃设置6个处理温度,研究高温对大肠杆菌的灭杀作用,并研究2个强制好氧堆肥工程中大肠杆菌数和发酵温度的变化规律。结果表明,高温对大肠杆菌具有显著的杀灭效果。粪便中大肠杆菌数量大于10~7 cfu/g,在55℃以上处理12 h就能全部杀灭大肠杆菌,45℃处理时则需要72h才能全部杀灭。正常运行的强制曝气堆肥工程,5d就能全部杀灭粪便中的大肠杆菌,温度上升到60℃以上,并维持10余天;曝气量是影响工程是否正常运行的关键参数之一。本试验结果能给堆肥工程提供参考依据。
In order to achieve the complete harmlessness of livestock and poultry manure,this experiment took E.coli as the research objects,set 6 treatment temperatures from 45℃to 70℃,studied the killing effect of high temperature on E.coli,and the change law of E.coli number and fermentation temperature in two compulsory aerobic composting.The results showed that high temperature had a significant killing effect on E.coli.When the number of E.coli was greater than 107 cfu/g,it could kill all E.coli when treated above 55℃for 12 h,and it needed 72 h to kill all when treated at 45℃.The normal operation of the compulsory aeration composting project could completely kill E.coli in the feces within 5 days,and the temperature rised above 60℃and maintained for more than ten days.The aeration was one of the key parameters that affected the normal operation of the project.The results of this experiment can provide a reference for the composting project.
