摘要
采用自制冲蚀试验设备对3种不同牌号的WC-Co硬质合金进行冲蚀磨损试验,研究了冲蚀角度、磨料外形和磨料粒径对靶材冲蚀磨损的影响规律,通过扫描电镜分析研究了WC-Co硬质合金冲蚀机理。结果表明:靶材冲蚀磨损率和冲蚀角度呈正相关,磨料硬度和破碎性都对冲蚀磨损有重要影响,以棕刚玉为磨料时WC-Co硬质合金冲蚀磨损率随着磨料粒径的增加先上升后下降。冲蚀后的微观形貌和元素变化表明,WC-Co硬质合金低冲蚀角时破坏形貌以切削痕和犁沟为主,而高冲蚀角时以Co失效导致的WC颗粒脱落为主。
The self-made erosion test equipment was used to carry out erosion wear tests on three different brands of WC-Co hard alloy.The effects of erosion angle,abrasive shape and abrasive particle size on erosion wear of target were studied.The erosion mechanism of WC-Co hard alloy was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that the erosion rate of the target is positively correlated with the erosion angle,and the hardness and fragmentation of the abrasive have important effects on the erosion wear.When brown corundum is used as the abrasive,the erosion rate of WC-Co hard alloy increases first and then decreases with the increase of the abrasive particle size.The micro-morphology and element changes after erosion show that the failure morphology of WC-Co hard alloy is dominated by cutting marks and furrows when the erosion angle is low,while the loss of WC particles caused by CO failure is dominated when the erosion angle is high.
