污泥基吸附剂的制备及吸附铜离子的性能 被引量:2

Preparation of a sludge-based adsorbents and their adsorption properties for copper ion

摘要 以焦化污水处理过程产生的剩余污泥为原材料,采用水热炭化法和热解法将其制成污泥基吸附剂,并研究其对重金属Cu^2+的吸附性能。采用正交实验法确定水热炭污泥基吸附剂的最佳制备条件是反应温度170℃、反应时间1.5 h、水与湿污泥之比是15 mL:95 g;在水热炭化之后的热解温度为600℃,制得热解炭污泥基吸附剂。通过比表面分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪等分析手段,对污泥基吸附剂进行吸附性能分析,初步探究吸附机理。采用污泥基吸附剂对Cu^2+的吸附实验表明,水热炭化法制得的污泥基吸附剂对Cu^2+的吸附率70.26%,水热炭化法联合高温热解法制得的污泥基吸附剂对Cu^2+的吸附率为96.80%,为焦化废水剩余污泥的处理处置和综合利用提供了参考。 Using the excess sludge produced by coking wastewater treatment process as the raw material,sludge-based adsorbents were prepared by using the methods of hydrothermal carbonation and pyrolysis,and their adsorption properties for Cu^2+were studied.The best conditions for hydrothermal carbonation were determined by orthogonal tests as a reaction temperature of 170℃,a reaction time of 2 h,and a ratio of water to wet sludge of 15 mL:95 g.Under these conditions,a hydrothermal carbonation sludge-based adsorbent(HCSBA)was prepared,and an adsorbent(PC-SBA)was prepared through pyrolysis of the HC-SBA at a temperature of 600℃.By means of specific surface analyzer and scanning electron microscope,Fourier infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,etc.,the adsorption properties of the sludge-based adsorbents were analyzed,and the adsorption mechanism was preliminarily explored.The results show that the adsorption rate for Cu^2+was 70.26%for the HC-SBA,and 96.80%for the PC-SBA.The results provide a reference for the treatment and comprehensive utilization of excess sludge from coking wastewater.
