摘要
民营经济是我国经济制度的内在要素,是全面实现小康社会、推动经济高质量跨越式发展的重要力量。民营企业产业集聚有助于推动企业高质量发展,加快产业转型升级,实现产业关联、资源共享和协同发展。本文以江西民营企业产业集聚发展为例,从数量和质量视角下分析民营企业集聚现状,总结归纳出龙头企业引领型、产业政策推动型、特色资源支撑型、产业园区驱动型四种集聚模式,发现产业集聚过程中存在龙头企业数量偏少、产业政策不够精准、资源优势发挥不足和园区配套功能缺乏等问题,据此提出大力发展民营优质企业、着力提高精准施策水平、充分发挥特色资源优势和提高园区管理服务水平等推进路径。
The private economy is an intrinsic element of China's economic system,and it is an important force for the comprehensive realization of a well-off society and the promotion of high-quality economic leap-forward development.The industrial agglomeration of private enterprises helps to promote high-quality development of enterprises,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and realize industrial association,resource sharing and coordinated development.The paper focuses on industrial agglomeration of private enterprises in Jiangxi Province,analyzes the current situation of the private enterprises from the aspect of amount and quality,and summarizes four agglomeration types,which are leading enterprises,promoting industrial policy,supporting characteristic resources and driving industrial park.It shows that there are problems such as a small number of leading enterprises,inaccurate industrial policies,insufficient use of resource advantages,and lack of supporting functions in the industrial park.Based on this,it is proposed to vigorously develop private high-quality enterprises,focus on improving the quality of policies,and fully use the advantages of characteristic resources and improve the management and service levels of the industrial park.
