摘要
目的:针对现代战争和寒区环境的特点,提出提升寒区战术战伤救治能力的策略,提高寒区卫勤保障能力。方法:通过国内外文献回顾,总结现代战争的特点及伤病谱,分析寒区环境对战伤救治能力的影响。结果:现代战争模式已经转为高技术的局部战争,除破片伤外,伤病谱呈现冲击伤、烧伤和复合伤多的特点。同时新型武器伤如激光损伤、微波损伤和粒子束损伤成为重要的致伤因素,对战术战伤救治时效提出更高要求。寒区地理环境恶劣、通行路况较差,容易出现伤员滞留现象,且寒冷环境对生理功能的影响,除进一步加重现场伤员伤情外,也使战创伤的危害程度加重,对战现场救治技术提出了不同的要求。结论:卫勤部队需开展寒区战术战伤救治技术的理论研究,提高伤员救治与运送能力,加快研发适用于寒区环境的战伤救护装备,细化战现场救治环节及明确相应战伤救治策略。
Objective:To provide the strategy of improving the treatment ability of tactical battle injury in cold regions according to the characteristics of modern war and cold regions environment,and improve the ability of medical service support in cold regions.Methods:Based on the literature review at home and abroad,the characteristics of modern war and injuries spectrum were summarized,the effect of cold environment on medical treatment ability was analyzed.Results:The modern war mode has turned into high-tech local war.In addition to lacerations,the injury spectrum shows the characteristics of multiple blast injuries,burns and compound injuries.At the same time,new weapon injuries,such as laser injury,microwave injury and particle beam injury has become important injury factors,which put forward higher requirements for the time-efficiency of battle injury treatment.The poor geographical environment and traffic conditions in cold regions could easily lead to retention of the wounded.The effect of cold environment on the physiological function further aggravates the injury of wounded and changes the damage degree of war trauma,and put forward different requirements for the treatment technology of battlefield.Conclusion:The medical service troops need to carry out the theoretical research on the tactical battle injury treatment in cold regions,and improve the rescue and transport capacity of wounded,and accelerate the research,development of war wound rescue equipment suitable for cold regions environment,and refine the rescue procedures of battlefield and define the corresponding treatment strategies of war wound.
