摘要
阐述了沥青路面微波养护技术的发展历程,简要介绍了微波加热的基本原理与特点、微波应用器与频率的选用、微波加热沥青混凝土电磁热模型和用于加热沥青混合料和除冰相关材料的介电常数,分析了国内外对沥青路面微波养护技术的学术研究与设备的发展现状、专利应用情况,总结了微波加热在RAP材料、除冰除雪、沥青路面微波养护设备、微波吸波材料等方面取得的重要成果和应用,同时指出了现存的问题与未来的发展方向,为推动微波技术在公路养护行业的应用与发展提供参考。
The development process of microwave heating technology for asphalt pavement maintenance was expounded.The basic principles and characteristics of microwave heating,the selection of microwave devices and frequencies,the electromagnetic thermal model of asphalt concrete heated by microwave and the dielectric constant of materials used for asphalt pavement heating and deicing were briefly introduced.Domestic and international academic research,equipment development status and patent application of microwave heating technology for asphalt pavement maintenance were analyzed.The important achievements and applications of microwave heating in RAP,deicing and snow removal,microwave equipment for asphalt pavement maintenance and microwave absorbing materials were summarized.The existing problems and future development of microwave technology for asphalt pavement were pointed out,providing a reference for the application and development of microwave technology in highway maintenance industry.
