W波段调频连续波系统三维成像技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 毫米波成像系统的频率和带宽限制了三维成像的分辨率水平和目标探测能力,针对毫米波三维成像技术中高频段和大带宽的改进方向,基于90~100 GHz的调频连续波雷达系统搭建了近场三维测试系统,对关键核心技术中的系统校正和成像算法进行了详细阐述,获取多个目标的回波数据。由理论分析可知系统方位维度分辨率可达3 mm,距离维度理论分辨率可达1.5 cm。在对不同尺寸硬币目标、水果刀、剪刀、公交卡片和烟盒的成像实验结果表明,所搭建的近场三维测试系统能够清晰的对目标进行成像,验证了系统校正与成像算法的有效性与可行性,为W波段系统在人体安检和无损检测领域的应用奠定了研究基础。 The frequency and bandwidth of the millimeter-wave imaging system limit the resolution level and target detection capability of the three-dimensional imaging.The paper aims to improve the frequency and bandwidth of millimeter-wave imaging system,the near-field three-dimensional measurement system is established based on 90~100 GHz frequency modulation continuous-wave radar system.The system correction and imaging algorithm in the key technologies are described in detail and the echo data of different targets are obtained.The imaging experiments on different sizes of coins,fruit knives,scissors,bus card and cigarette cases show that the system can image targets clearly and verify the effectiveness of the method of system correction and imaging algorithm.This paper lays the foundation for the application of W-band system in human security and non-destructive testing.
