摘要评估不同血液净化模式对治疗脓毒症合并急性肾损伤的预后情况。采用回顾性分析方法分析纳入的25篇文献提及的不同连续血液净化模式对于脓毒症合并急性肾损伤患者的治疗进展。结果显示连续性静-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)、连续性静-静脉血液透析(CVVDH)、连续性静-静脉血液透析滤过(CVVHDF)对治疗脓毒症合并急性肾损伤均有一定的治疗效果。在临床治疗中,应根据患者的实际情况选择不同的血液净化模式。
