太行山南麓优势树种不同坡向下的叶功能及土壤养分差异 被引量:2

Leaf function and soil nutrient differences of dominant tree species on different slope aspects at the south foothills of Taihang Mountains

摘要 以太行山南麓地区4种优势树种植物为研究对象,采用固定样地采样分析方法,测定了植物的叶功能性状和土壤养分指标,分析了4种优势植物叶功能性状及土壤养分不同坡向下的含量变化差异。结果表明:1)酸枣的碱解氮含量显著高于其他植物(P<0.05),北坡向上碱解氮含量高达53.95 mg·kg^-1;而荆条的碱解氮含量较低,在东坡向上含量低至9.61 mg·kg^-1;2)侧柏和栓皮栎的叶厚度和比叶面积显著高于其他植物(P<0.05),在北坡上比叶面积高达35.48 m^2·kg^-1;北坡向下4种植物间的叶干物质含量无显著性差异,而在其他3个坡向下栓皮栎的叶干物质含量显著高于其他3中植物,南坡向下高达412.5 g·kg^-1;3)酸枣和荆条的净光合速率和气孔导度显著高于侧柏和栓皮栎(P<0.05),而侧柏的净光合速率和气孔导度则最小,分别低至9.75 mmol·m-2·s^-1和0.93μmol·m-2·s^-1;而胞间CO2浓度变化却相反,侧柏却显著高于其他植物(P<0.05),最大可达247.48μmol·mol-1。植物叶功能性状和土壤养分的差异是植物自身生长需求对坡向适应性的体现,可以为太行山南麓生态植被恢复的合理布局提供参考。 Four dominant tree species of plants in the southern foothills of Taihang Mountains were studied.Using fixed plot sampling analysis methods,the leaf functional traits and soil nutrient indexes of the plants were measured,and the leaf functional traits of the four dominant plants and the changes in the nutrient contents of soil in different slopes were analyzed.The results indicated that:1)AN content in Ziziphus jujube was significantly higher than that in other plants(P<0.05).On the north slope it was as high as 53.95 mg·kg^-1;while the AN content in Vitex negundo was lower,and was as low as 9.61 mg·kg^-1 on the east slope;2)LT and SLA contents in Platycladus orientalis and Quercus variabilis were significantly higher than those in other plants(P<0.05),and SLA content was as high as 35.48 m^2·kg^-1 on the north slope;there were not significant differences in LDMC content between the four plants on the north slope,but LDMC content in Quercus variabilis on the other three slopes was significantly higher than that in the other three plants,and on the south slope it was as high as 412.5 g·kg^-1;3)NPR and SC of Ziziphus jujube and Vitex negundo were significantly higher than those of Platycladus orientalis and Quercus variabilis(P<0.05),while NPR and SC of Platycladus orientalis were the lowest,as low as 9.75 mmol·m-2·s^-1 and 0.93μmol·m-2·s^-1;while I-CO2-C concentration changes were opposite:I-CO2-C concentration of Platycladus orientalis was significantly higher than that of other plants(P<0.05),with a maximum of 247.48μmol·mol-1.The difference in plant leaf functional traits and soil nutrients is the reflection of the adaptability of the plants to meet their growth needs to the slope directions,which can provide reference for the reasonable distribution of ecological vegetation restoration in the southern foothills of Taihang Mountains.
