两河口国家湿地公园草本群落分类、排序及物种多样性 被引量:1

Classification,ordination and species diversity of herbaceous community in Lianghekou national wetland park

摘要 在两河口国家湿地公园设置30个草本植物样地,利用双向聚类分析(TWINSPAN)与除趋势对应分析(DCA)对样地群落进行分类和排序,并利用典范对应分析(CCA)和冗余分析(RDA)探讨物种分布、物种多样性与环境因子的关系。结果表明,样地共记录草本植物90种,隶属43科82属,外来物种空心莲子草优势度最高(总重要值为3.730);30个样地群落可划分为6类群丛,空心莲子草+车轴草群丛为优势类型;土壤pH值与硝态氮是决定草本物种分布及群落物种多样性的主导性环境因子,物种多样性指数与土壤pH值和硝态氮均呈密切正相关,物种均匀度指数与土壤速效磷和速效钾均呈密切负相关。研究表明,应合理施肥并加强入侵生物防治力度,以提高湿地公园植物多样性水平。 A total of 30 herbaceous sampling plots were set up in the Lianghekou national wetland park.TWINSPAN and DCA were used to classify and ordinate the plots,while CCA and RDA were used to explore the relationships between species distribution,species diversity and the environmental factors.The results showed that:totally,there were 90 species of herbaceous plants which belonged to 43 families and 82 genera,and the alien plant Alternanthera philoxeroides was the dominant species in the herbaceous community(total importance value was 3.730).30 plots communities could be divided into 6 association types,and A.philoxeroides+Trifolium repens was the dominant type.Soil pH and nitrate nitrogen were the dominant environmental factors that determined the species distributions and species diversity of the herbaceous communities.The species diversity indices were all positively correlated with soil pH value and nitrate nitrogen,while the species evenness index was negatively correlated with soil available phosphorus and available potassium.These findings indicated that we should pay more attention to the reasonable fertilization and invasion prevention and control of invasive species,so as to improve the level of plant diversity of the Lianghekou wetland park.
