芳纶纤维二维编织绳索的拉伸及应力松弛性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 轻质柔性的高性能纤维编织绳索已经应用于网状可展开天线、空间垃圾回收、航天器轨道保持与控制等航空航天领域。围绕航空航天领域对高性能纤维编织绳索的需求,设计并制备出7种芳纶纤维二维编织绳索,然后测试绳索的拉伸性能,并分析编织结构、编织角、湿热老化时间对绳索拉伸性能的影响。同时,设计并搭建成一套编织绳索应力松弛测试系统,对40 d内的绳索应力松弛行为进行监测。结果表明3种编织结构(1×1、2×2、1×1+2×2混杂)中,2×2编织结构的绳索具有最高的拉伸断裂强力和拉伸断裂伸长率;4个编织角(10°、20°、30°、40°)中,绳索的拉伸断裂强力和拉伸断裂伸长率随着编织角的增加分别呈现下降和上升的趋势;湿热老化后,绳索的拉伸断裂强力略微下降,但延长湿热老化时间不会提高其下降幅度;绳索的应力松弛过程存在2个阶段(快速松弛阶段和均匀松弛阶段),在40 d内,快速松弛阶段的应力松弛速率约为均匀松弛阶段的7.35倍。 Light-weight and flexible high-performance fiber braided ropes have been used in aerospace fields such as mesh deployable antenna,space garbage collection,spacecraft orbit maintenance and control.Around the demand of high performance fiber braided ropes in the aerospace fields,7 different types of aramid fiber two-dimentional braided ropes were designed and fabricated.Then,the tensile properties of the ropes were tested,and the effects of braiding structure,braiding angle and hydrothermal aging time on the tensile properties of the ropes were discussed.Meanwhile,a stress-relaxation testing system for braided ropes was designed and built to monitore the stress-relaxation behavior of the ropes within 40 days.The results showed that the braided rope with 2×2 braided structure had the highest tensile breaking strength and the highest tensile breaking elongation among three kinds of braided structure(1×1,2×2 and 1×1+2×2 hybrid).Among four braided angles(10°,20°,30°,40°),the tensile breaking strength and the tensile breaking elongation of the ropes respectively presented a downward and a upward trend with the increase of braided angle.The tensile breaking strength of the rope decreased slightly after hydrothermal ageing,but prolonging the hydrothermal aging time couldn't increase its decrease rate.There were two stages(rapid relaxation stage and uniform relaxation stage)in the stress-relaxation process of the rope.Within 40 days,the stress-relaxation speed of the rapid relaxation stage was about 7.35 times that of the uniform relaxation stage.
