摘要
为了提高SGS传感器的集成效果,对其供电电路和数字滤波器设计并开展实验验证。本设计SGS传感器利用硬件处理模块对压电陶瓷输出位移信号进行调节,通过仪表放大器放大微弱位移信号之后再采用低通滤波电路模拟的方法滤除噪声信号后再将所得结果输出。以AD方式采集得到低通滤波电路的电压信号,再把数据输出到MATLAB软件内来实现分析数字滤波信号的目的。采用SGS供电电源测试波形,输出电压噪声峰值低于0.7mV,由此得到一个稳定的供电电源。选择线性度作为评价位移测试系统精度的重要指标,之后对上述数据进行线性拟合,使测试结果误差被控制于0.03%以下,同时均方根误差不超过1.66mV。
In order to improve the integrated effect of SGS sensor,the power supply circuit and digital filter are designed and tested.In this design,SGS sensor uses hardware processing module to adjust the output displacement signal of piezoelectric ceramics,amplifies the weak displacement signal through the instrument amplifier,and then filters out the noise signal by low-pass filter circuit simulation method,and then outputs the obtained result.The controller is used to collect the voltage signal of the low-pass filter circuit through AD,and then the data is output to MATLAB software to realize the purpose of analyzing the digital filter signal.SGS power supply is used to test the waveform,and the output voltage noise peak value is lower than 0.7mv,thus obtaining a stable power supply.The linearity is selected as an important index to evaluate the accuracy of the displacement test system,and the nonlinear error of the system is within 0.03%and the root-mean-square error is equal to 1.66mV.
