摘要
钒酸铋的光催化技术是缓解能源短缺和环境污染的有效方法之一,是一种拥有良好催化性能的窄禁带宽度半导体材料,正是因为它特有的晶相结构和光催化性能引起了众多相关科研工作者的广泛关注。本文简要综述了钒酸铋研究过程中取得的相关成果,阐明了其中存在的问题,概述了一些钒酸铋主要的制备方法,探讨了钒酸铋相关的改性手段。最后,展望了钒酸铋未来的发展前景。
Photocatalytic technology of bismuth vanadate is one of the effective methods to alleviate the energy shortage and environmental pollution.It is a narrow-band-based semiconductor material,which has high catalytic performance.It has attracted wide attention owing to its unique crystal structures and performance.The recent achievements in bismuth vanadate were reviewed,the existing problems were discussed,the main preparation methods of bismuth vanadate were summarized and the means on modification of bismuth vanadate were explored.Finally,the development prospects of the preparation of bismuth vanadate were prospected.
