摘要
DREB家族基因是植物特有的转录因子,具有耐寒、耐旱和耐盐胁迫等优异的功能。DREB基因家族庞大且具有相似的保守AP2结构域。不同植物,不同亚组的DREB基因具有不同的功能。本文综述了DREB基因家族的结构、分类,在低温、干旱、高盐、重金属和病害的逆境胁迫下参与的信号通路和功能,以及目前在甘蔗及其近缘野生种中的研究现状。同时,也为在蔗茅野生种中开展DREB家族基因的研究及最终运用到抗逆转基因甘蔗的培育上做出了相应的思考和展望。
DREB family genes are plant-specific transcription factors and have excellent functions such as cold tolerance, drought tolerance and salt tolerance. The DREB gene family is large and has a similar conserved AP2 domain. DREB genes of different plants and different subgroups have different functions. This paper reviewed the structureandclassification,signalingpathwaysandfunctionsofDREB gene family under stress such as low temperature,drought, high salinity and disease, as well as the current research status in sugarcane and related wild species. At the same time, italso makes corresponding thinking and prospect for the research of DREB family genes in wild species of Erianthus fulvus and the final application to the breeding of stress-tolerance transgenic sugarcane.
