多孔膨胀土和废纺织品协同对餐厨有机废水的吸附研究

摘要 餐厨有机废水具有高有机污染物、高氨氮(NH3-N)等,直接排放导致水体污染严重,寻求一种环保高效的处理方法非常重要。以餐厨有机废水中CODCr,NH3-N和浊度为指标,通过pH值、扫描电镜对吸附材料分析后,探索了多孔膨胀土(PES)和废纺织品(WT)对餐厨废水的吸附能力和吸附动力学特征。实验结果表明,PES和WT的本身pH值均为中性至弱碱性,有利于CODCr和NH3-N的吸附和去除。吸附材料表面呈现出多孔特性,分布着大量的孔道,孔径结构比较发达。WT和WT+PES对浊度有较好的吸附,PES对CODCr和NH3-N的吸附效果最好。WT+PES对CODCr平衡吸附质量比和去除率分别为567.22 mg/g和60.32%,对NH3-N平衡吸附质量比和去除率分别为6.17 mg/g和79.81%;PES对CODCr平衡吸附质量比和去除率分别为590.12 mg/g和62.75%,对NH3-N平衡吸附质量比和去除率分别为6.22 mg/g和80.47%。Lagergren准二级动力学模型能很好地描述WT+PES和PES对餐厨有机废水的吸附过程,以化学吸附为主,PES吸附餐厨有机废水要稍优于WT+PES。 The organic wastewater from kitchen has high organic pollutants and high NH3-N value,so it is very important to find an environment-friendly and efficient treatment method.The adsorption capacity and kinetic characteristics of porous expansive soil(PES)and waste textile(WT)for kitchen wastewater were studied by analyzing the adsorption materials with the indexes of CODCr,ammonia nitrogen and turbidity in the organic wastewater.The experimental results show that the pH values of PES and WT are neutral to weakly alkaline,which is favorable for the adsorption and removal of CODCr and NH3-N.The surface of the adsorbents is porous,with a large number of pores and well-developed Pore structure.WT and WT+PES had better adsorption for turbidity,and PES had the best adsorption effect for CODCr and NH3-N.The CODCr equilibrium adsorption capacity and removal rate of WT+PES were 567.22 mg/g and 60.32%,6.17 mg/g and 79.81%for NH3-N,590.12 mg/g and 62.75%for CODCr,respectively,the equilibrium adsorption capacity and removal rate of NH3-N were 6.22 mg/g and 80.47%,respectively.Lagergren's quasi-second-order kinetic model can describe the adsorption process of WT+PES and PES to kitchen organic wastewater.The adsorption of PES to kitchen organic wastewater is better than that of WT+PES.
