摘要
提出了在长江流域水环境敏感区域通过发展环水有机农业控制农业面源污染,改善区域环境的建议。从环水有机农业的国内外进展、生态环境效益、经济效益等方面论述了环水有机农业控制农业面源污染的可行性。结合目前有机产业发展短板,提出了在长江流域发展环水有机农业的政策建议,包括制订长江流域有机农业发展行动计划、科技支撑、政策保障、培育国内有机产品市场等。
In order to reduce the impact of agricultural production on the rural non-point source pollution,developing organic agriculture based on the principle of ecological priority and green development in Yangtze river basin is suggested to control the non-point source pollution and improve the regional environment,especially for the water environmental sensitive area.The feasibility of controlling agricultural non-point pollution by developing organic agricultural including its domestic and abroad research progresses,ecological environment benefit,economy benefit were evaluated.Considering the restricting element of organic agriculture development,countermeasures including action plan of organic agricultural development,scientific research and technology promotion,policy support,the domestic market of organic products cultivation were suggested.
