摘要
针对含大规模风光接入的电力系统中广域储能优化配置问题,提出采用K-means聚类方法,对风电出力、光伏出力与负荷间的时序数据进行典型日场景集抽取;以年弃风成本、弃光成本与储能等效年投资成本3者之和最小为优化目标,建立面向风光综合消纳的广域储能优化配置混合整数线性规划模型,并采用智能优化算法进行求解,实现储能投资最小化和风光消纳最大化的综合最优。以宁夏电网实际运行数据为例,验证了所提模型的合理性与有效性。
Aiming at the problem of wide-area energy storage optimization configuration with large-scale wind/photovoltaic power access,the K-means clustering method is used to extract the typical daily scenes from the time series data between wind power output,photovoltaic power output and load.With the optimal goal of energy storage equivalent annual investment cost and annual abandonment cost of wind/photovoltaic power,the mixed integer linear programming model of wide-area energy storage optimization configuration is proposed to obtain the optimal energy storage location and power scheme.An effective intelligent optimization algorithms is used to solve this model.The optimal energy storage location and power scheme was obtained,which achieved the comprehensive optimization of energy storage investment minimization and maximum wind energy consumption.Taking the actual operation of Ningxia power grid as an example,the calculation results verified the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model.
