轨道交通是新型城镇化和城市化地区高质量发展的命脉,轨道交通设备轻量化的设计要求促进了高性能复合材料的快速发展。芳纶材料凭借其高强度、高绝缘性、阻燃、耐化学腐蚀等性能,在高速列车电机、变压器和其他辅助器件上得以广泛应用。文章主要介绍了芳纶材料,包括芳纶绝缘纸、芳纶蜂窝夹层复合材料在轨道交通领域的发展现状及应用,并对其未来的发展进行展望。
Rail transit is the lifeblood of high-quality development of new urbanization.The lightweight design requirements of rail transit equipment have promoted the rapid development of high-performance composite materials.With the characteristics of high strength,high insulativity,flame retardance,and chemical resistance,aramid materials are widely used in the motors,transformers and other spares of highspeed railway.The paper mainly introduces the application status of aramid materials,i.e.,aramid paper,and aramid honeycomb sandwich structure composites in the field of rail transit,and looks forward to their future development.
