On Education Reform of Traditional Undergraduate Engineering Majors——Construction of Biomass Science and Engineering

摘要 为适应生物质加工利用领域科技和产业发展趋势、探索"新工科"建设模式,四川大学在传统生物质利用专业"轻化工程"的基础上,开展了创建"生物质科学与工程"新工科专业探索实践。新专业在培养目标、课程安排、科研与工程能力培养等方面探索了继承与创新及厚基础、宽口径与学有专长的有机结合的途径。在师资队伍和育人条件建设方面,着重践行了跨专业、学科交叉融合,以及资源开放和协调与共享。 To follow the development trend of biomass processing and utilization industries and to explore the mode of emerging engineering education,a new undergraduate major,Biomass Science and Engineering,was established in Sichuan University on the basis of the traditional major of Light Chemical Engineering.The organic combination of inheritance and innovation,and a rational balance between wide theoretical foundation and specialized knowledge are practiced in training objective setting,course arrangement and the cultivation of research and engineering ability.The ideas of interdisciplinary integration and resource sharing are also practiced to better develop faculty.
