摘要
针对大规模电动汽车参与自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)影响系统网损问题,提出考虑电动汽车响应AGC的系统网损评估方法。首先构建了电动汽车参与AGC框架,根据电动汽车充放电功率等信息,按系统节点估算电动汽车可用容量;然后,提出电动汽车参与AGC的网络节点功率分配方法,并建立考虑电动汽车参与AGC的系统网损评估模型,进行系统网损评估;最后,以IEEE-118节点系统为例进行仿真分析,结果表明,与发电机组参与AGC相比,电动汽车参与AGC,无风电接入时更有利于系统网损维持在一定水平,有风电接入时对系统网损水平影响更大。
In this paper,a network loss evaluation method for power systems is proposed to analyze the influence of large-scale electric vehicles(EVs)integration on system network loss,considering the participation of EVs in automatic generation control(AGC).While constructing the framework on electric vehicles participating in AGC control,available capacity of EVs for regulation at each node is estimated according to EVs’information such as charging/discharging power,and the nodal power distribution method considering the participation of EVs in AGC is proposed.Besides,the system network loss is modeled with EVs’participation in AGC.Finally,taking the IEEE 118-node system as an example,the results show that,compared with the generator sets participating in AGC control,EVs participating in AGC control is more conducive to maintain the system network loss at a certain level without wind power,and has a greater impact on the system network loss with wind power.
