摘要
目的利用三重四极杆气质联用仪(GC-MS/MS)建立生活饮用水中多类型农药残留的测定方法,探讨三重四极杆气质联用仪(GC-MS/MS)与单四极杆气质联用仪(GC-MS)方法的差异。方法水样经过简单的液液萃取浓缩后,用本研究的色谱、质谱条件,以DB-5MS毛细管柱(30 m×0. 25 mm,0. 25μm)为分离柱,在电子轰击(EI)离子源、d MRM模式检测条件下检测水中20种各类型的农药残留组分。结果 19种组分在50μg/L^1 000μg/L浓度内,灭草松在200μg/L^5 000μg/L浓度内建立标准曲线,线性关系良好,相关系数> 0. 995,各组分的检出限在0. 002 1μg/L^0. 235μg/L,平均回收率在82. 3%~103. 0%,相对标准偏差为0. 31%~4. 48%。并且三重四极杆气质联用仪的灵敏度比单四极杆气质联用仪的灵敏度提高20倍以上。结论该方法前处理操作简单方便、有着比单四极杆气质联用仪更优的抗干扰能力、更高的灵敏度、更低的检出限,更适合生活饮用水中微量农药残留的快速检测。
Objective The determination method of multi-type pesticide residues in drinking water was established by using triple quadrupole mass spectrometry( GC-MS/MS),and the differences between triple quadrupole mass spectrometry( GC-MS/MS) and single gas chromatography/mass spectrometry( GC-MS) was discussed. Methods After the water sample was simply extracted by liquid-liquid extraction,20 kinds of pesticide residues in water were detected under the conditions of electron bombardment( EI) ion source and d MRM mode with conditions of gas chromatography and mass spectrometric of this paper,separated with a DB-5 MS capillary column( 30 m × 0. 25 mm,0. 25 μm). Results The standard curve was established with 19 components in the concentration range of 50 μg/L-1 000 μg/L,and with a component( bentazone) in the concentration range of 200 μg/L-5 000 μg/L. The linear relationship was good,and the correlation coefficient was more than 0. 995.The detection limit is within 0. 002 1 μg/L-0. 235 μg/L. The average recovery rate is within 82. 3%-103. 0% and the relative standard deviation is within 0. 31%-4. 48%. Furthermore,the sensitivity of GC-MS/MS is 20 times higher than that of GC-MS. Conclusion The pretreatment of this method is simple and convenient. It has a better anti-interference ability,a higher sensitivity and a lower detection limit than GC-MS,and it is more suitable for the rapid detection of trace pesticide residues in drinking water.
