模块化教学在非内分泌科护士糖尿病知识培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:提高非专科护士糖尿病护理水平,优化院内非内分泌科糖尿病住院患者血糖管理。方法:组建教学团队,对临床科室61名院内非内分泌专科的糖尿病联络护士和临床护理骨干进行培训,评价培训成效。结果:培训后,护士糖尿病护理知识技能评估得分高于培训前,血糖监测技术和胰岛素皮下注射操作得分高于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:模块化教学在提升非内分泌专科护理人员糖尿病护理知识和技能操作水平中应用有效。 Objective:To improve the nursing level of diabetes in non-specialist nurses,optimize the blood glucose management of inpatients with diabetes in non-endocrinology department of the hospital.Methods:Established a teaching team,Sixty-one non-endocrinological diabetes liaison nurses and clinical nursing back-bone in the clinical department were trained.Results:After training,the scores of nurses'assessment of knowledge and skills of diabetes nursing higher than before training,and the scores of blood glucose monitoring technology and insulin subcutaneous injection operation were higher than before training(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modular teaching is effective in improving the nursing knowledge and skills of non-endo-crinologist nurses.
